Most preliminary meetings are done over the phone where we will then determine if or where we should meet in person.
To our first meeting you will need to bring all of the material discussed during our preliminary phone meeting. Usually the list includes but it is not limited to; All available documents such as vision and mission statements, a well written about us page, all contact information.
Pre-designed templates usually dictate the amount of meterial that you need to provide. You will also need to bring all multimedia files like pictures, videos and or audio clips and finally please pay the minimum required down payment discussed during the preliminary meeting.
If you bring or deliver all of the required materials, documents, files and down payment your project begins. By this point you should already have (in writing) a signed contract detailing timeline, completion estimate and payment structure.
